The MTFC Mobile App is an Android member app connected to the MTFC Gym Management System. It enables members to access gym services, view updates, and manage basic account information using their phone—making gym transactions and communication more convenient and efficient.

The Payment module allows the cashier/admin to record member transactions quickly and accurately. It supports payments linked to a Billing # and can also include merchant product purchases in the same transaction. A live summary panel automatically computes the billing amount, product totals, overall total, cash given, and change—reducing manual computation errors and making checkout faster and more reliable.

The system generates a clean, POS-style receipt after every successful payment. It displays complete transaction details such as receipt number, member name, payment method, cashier, purchased services and products, total amount, amount paid, balance, cash given, and change. This provides proof of payment, improves transparency, and makes gym transactions easy to track for both staff and members.

The Billing module creates a professional billing statement for member subscriptions, including billing number, billing date, expiration date, status, member details, and services included with pricing and duration. It automatically computes subtotals, discounts, and the final total amount due. This helps standardize billing records, supports proper documentation, and makes it easier to monitor member payment status and subscription validity.
